Cancellations & Refunds​

  • Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment date change or cancellation

  • If you change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment date, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or apply a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost  

  • In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited

  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Canadian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service is faulty it may be refunded.  We don’t refund for change of mind.

  • With care and skill exercised in treating our clients, our treatments may not be suitable for you.  It is your responsibility to determine if the treatment is right for you or not.

  • In order for us to provide you with a great service, it is very important that you provide all information requested in the Consent & Medical History Forms and advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments.  You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment.  We encourage you to ask your Laser Technician on what you can achieve & expect with your treatments.


PREpaid Treatments​

  • If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-paid packages and they are not transferable to other treatment areas on your body or another person.
  • ​Pre-paid packages have a 12-month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatment packages).

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the full treatment cost will be forfeited.

  • NOTE: You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.


Suspending/Pausing Prepaid Treatments​

  • Suspending pre-paid treatments is available to those who cannot fulfill redeeming their prepays within the expiry date due to unforeseen medical conditions or required travel.
  • Supporting documentation may be requested to facilitate suspending your pre-pays.
  • Suspending pre-pays is limited to 1 time per prepaid package.
  • For medical conditions, pre-pays can be suspended for up to an additional 12 months.

  • The remainder of your expiry duration will remain the same once your prepays are reinstated.
