The terms ‘Lisse Laser & Skin Studio’, 'LLSS', ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Lisse Laser & Skin Studio.

The term ‘you’ refers to our client, the user or the viewer of our website.

Age Policy

• Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.   

• Due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend persons under the age of 12 years receiving laser.

• For Teens aged 13 - 17, the Parent/Guardian must be present for consultation & first treatment.   They must also understand the Procedure and Pre & Post Care. Parent/Guardian attendance not required for future treatments.

• Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).

• A valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective teen client will be required.

 

Add on Treatments:

• Bookings must be made for each add-on treatment purchased, at the same time as the booking is made for each treatment being added to.  *We need to be able to book the correct amount of time for your treatments.

• Payment must be made in full and at the time of purchase of the treatment being added.  Refund policy applies.

Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package Terms & Conditions

• Clients may purchase the full body laser hair removal package at the current prices.

• The full body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Lisse Laser & Skin Studio. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that are not currently offered by Lisse.

• Clients may elect to remove any area from their full body laser hair removal package.  No reduction in price is available for areas being removed from the package by client.

• Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package.

• Bookings must be made for this package & all times on all days may not be available.

• Payment must be made in advance at the time of booking.

• The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.

• Our refund policy applies. *See REFUND POLICY section on this page*

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Gift Cards

These conditions apply to use of the Lisse Laser & Skin Studio gift card, issued by Lisse Laser & Skin Studio (LLSS).

Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.

• LLSS may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

• If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the province in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province where the gift card is purchased.

• The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the LCC clinic from which the gift card was purchased.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards.

• Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the LLSS. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss funds as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.

• We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.

• We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of LLSS.​

• Gifts cards are valid for ONE YEAR from the Date of Issue.  After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined.  Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LLSS.​

 

LASER Saver

Offer: Save 20% when you prepay 3 or more skin treatments​

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, or any discounts offered by third parties.

• There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be pre-purchased however the Pre-Pay Policy on use and redemption applies. *See PREPAID TREATMENT section on this page*

 

Medical Conditions And Medications

• Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive.

• Photosensitive must wait 2 weeks after medications are taken.

• Refer to https://www.drugs.com/ to find out if your medications makes you susceptible to photosensitivity.

• Auto-immune conditions must have Doctor consent.

• Psoriasis and Eczema can be treated around affected areas unless active, irritated or heat reactive.

• Cancer: 2 years in remission with letter from Oncologist required.

Pregnancy

• Cannot perform Laser Hair Removal or Skin Rejuvenation while pregnant.

• Breastfeeding: Permitted to receive all Laser treatments.

 

Prepaid Treatment

• If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule.

• When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, (For Example: Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package) areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments or substituted for other areas on the body.​​​​​

• If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-paid packages and they are not transferable to other treatment areas on your body or another person.

• ​​Pre-paid packages have a 12-month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatment packages).

• 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the full treatment cost will be forfeited.

• Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time

• NOTE: You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

 

Refer a Friend​

• Valid for new laser hair removal clients to LLSS only

• Photo ID must be presented

• Bookings must be made and the promotion must be mentioned prior to the treatment

• Promotion can only be redeemed by the person who has been referred to LLSS for their first treatment

• The referrer in return receives a voucher for $50.00 after referred friend's first paid session.

• The referrer must present Photo ID

• The voucher must be used in one transaction and no change will be given

• This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or existing voucher 

 

Skin Packages

• The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.

• Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however, payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our REFUND POLICY apply.

• The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.

• Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.

• Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 24 hours notice will be deemed to have been completed and deducted from the client’s package.

• Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments.

• An LLSS Laser Technician will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.

• All skin packages have a 12-month expiry redemption date of treatments.

• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

• Client’s must inform LLSS of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments.

• Clients need to follow all at-home protocols recommended by the LLSS Laser Technician. 

 

Treatment Booking Deposit

• A deposit for your Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatment may be required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost) at the request of your Laser Technician. The deposit amount will depend on the type of treatment and or treatment area(s) booked.
